"The web site was showing that the blue ink we needed to buy for our large format graphics printer was in stock and ready for purchase. The purchase went off without a hitch and I even received a confirmation email.
Unfortunately, too much time had passed after I received my confirmation email and we received another email, this time stating that my order had been refunded... ?
Confused I asked around our shop to see if someone had canceled our credit card form some reason or any other explanation as to why this would have happened. Our card was intact and was active and nobody on our end had canceled the order.
So I called Combo Ink and they stated that the ink that we purchased was out of stock indefinitely with no outlook as to when, if ever, this would be back in stock. This was a fairly big blow to our company at the time as we really needed this particular color for the jobs we had ongoing this week.
The only reason this was not a one star review is I have had good service from Combo Ink in the past and they actually answered my phone call and told me they were unable to get this ink for us most likely indefinitely.
We had to source this item some other place and that took much longer to receive than the time we had available to get our work done on time, creating upset customers. "

"It is what it is. But I need to mail back a faulty cartridge and wait weeks for a refund of $5. I literally just want to order, have the cartridges work, and not have to speak or reach out to you guys. I don't want to repackage an open cartridge and send it back. It is what it is. "
