After ordering and receiving confirmation/shipping emails, I received an email saying they would not process my order without calling their company to confirm the order. I did not see that request in time (I guess) and my order was cancelled. Buy your ink from anywhere else that doesn’t require phone calls in addition to an online order. "

"I received this ink cartridge packaged in an envelope and in side the envelope was a a thin display box. Inside of that display box was an ink cartridge inside a plastic sealed bag that is fill with spilled ink. So much ink that the actual plastic cartridge is barely visible. In a conversation with their customer service representative who followed a close knit prewritten script, I received no certainty that I would receive a call tag for this product or my money back only that they would look in to the matter and contact me with in 24 to 48 hours. They also wanted me to open the package because sometimes they overfill the cartridges. This action would have made a horrible mess and who knows if Comboink would have decided that I did something wrong at the time. The rep also told me I needed to take photos of their product and email them so that they could file a claim with the shipping company. In other words Comboink is more worried about them being compensated than they are about taking care of a customer who has a problem with their product.
Faulty product and poor customer service. I give them zero stars.
