"Items shipped promptly. Received correct order. Printer recognized black ink but not color. Black ink prints very light. Printer is a loaner from friend. I believe there is some adjustment needed that I don't know how to make. I will have her look at it when she gets back from vacation to help me rule out problems with ink cartridges."
