"This was the first time I used this company to buy Ink. Love their combo packs, and saved money! The order came w/in three days. They told me I wouldn't receive it until April 7th, but I got in the 25th of March. Impressed. Will use them again. Product the same as the original ink I used. "

"I ordered and received six ink cartridges (three black, one blue, one magenta, one yellow). I opened and used each of the color cartridges. I used the blue first because it was replacing a completely empty blue cartridge. I was only able to print about 10 pages before this cartridge ran out of ink. This was very disappointing and resulted in my request for a complete refund of my order because I did not trust the quality of what I had received. That's the "Product Failed" part of the title.
In regards to "Good Customer Service," I was overall pleased with the ease of the process and lack of objection to my request for a full refund. After a few emails explaining the problem, I received a return shipping label and used it to return the items I purchased. After receiving the return, a refund of my total costs was provided a few days later. This is how customers should be treated by all companies - too bad it's not always the case."

I called Customer Service, and they promptly walked me through the return steps. Then, I tried one more time with my printer, and WAH-LAH!! Success!! ~ I don't like having to go through so many steps to have my printer accept the new ink cartridges, but the money saved is probably worth it. ~ I am happy with all aspects of COMBOINK. "
