"Overall I am happy with my first ComboInk purchase. The price was half what I had been paying. My only problem was the Instructions regarding what tape on the cartridge to remove before installation. It turns out the only tape I was to remove was actually marked - great. But the instructions said, "Please ensure that all protective coverings/tape are taken off. (Usually a bright color, but sometimes clear.)" So then I was stumped as to whether to remove a bright pink strip of tape and the clear tape over a couple of the holes in the cartridge. I tried and it didn't come easily. Thankfully I quit, waited til the next day and called customer support. I wasn't that confident in the support, but he said to leave the holes covered and install the cartridge. I did and so far so good. Thanks for an affordable product! "

"Got a defective cartridge that's dripping ink everywhere. Called for a replacement and they want me to send this piece of junk back. Waited a week to get this one, not sending it back and waiting for replacement. I'll take the loss and buy an original cartridge elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here. They're a joke."
