"I have been a customer for over ten years and order mainly the same products every few months. My last order was 'refunded' the same day it was placed. I did not cancel the order and when I inquired as to why it was refunded I never received a reply. Sent another email several days later inquiring if they had discontinued the product but also never received a reply. I just left a review on the BBB website and will not use this company again. BEWARE! They either ship very late, substitute the product order for another product, or just cancel the order with no explanation. Very unacceptable!"

"They will not answer emails and will not ship until you complain about not receiving the items. No phone number. They want to charge you if you cancel an order, even if it was late and hasn't shipped. Ordered June 7. Sent a complaint July 16. Item shipped July 17. No answer to my complaint. We will see if the order arrives and is right. Read their order cancellation policy. Says you agree to a $30 charge if you contact the CC company to contest the charge when you don't get the order. I think the scam is that many people do not realize they have not received the product and Comet gets the money without sending anything out. And people finally cancel when nothing comes and Comet gets 5% of their payment for nothing."

"Do not even consider using this SCAM company. I placed an order. They sent me an acknowledgement. 4 weeks pass, and after numerous emails, none of which were answered, I find they have no phone. Can you imagine? I have prepaid and expect to lose $800.00. By the way the product they offered on line, the manufacturer of that product confirmed to me that Comet Supply was not even set up to sell there products."
"I would echo many of the other reviews. I placed a small order, got a confirmation, and did not receive it for 3+ weeks. As there is no way to call, I put in website request for status which showed still as still processing. Hmm. Put in a message asking what's up. Got no answer, but received the product drop shipped from 3rd party shortly thereafter. Packing list showed the order date as when I put the status request in (i.e. 3+ weeks after I really ordered it). This place inspires no confidence in its service. Info on the company seems to be deliberately vague. Read their responses to BBB complaints for fun. "

I don't think Comet Supply is a real business. I think they are a scam and just take your money and pray you don't call the credit card company to dispute the charges. January 2015 update... Still no communications from these guys, the order still has not been filled, and they just simply ignore my emails and have no means to talk to a human on the phone. This is a really terrible way of doing business. Chargeback has been initiated with my credit card."

"I placed an order and they collected their money instantly. The status of the order has not been changed since that time. It is "Preparing order". I would advise people not to order from this supplier. Actually supplier is not the right word. From my experience they only collect money. I have requested a refund but have not received a reply in 4 days."
