"I ordered three night vision cameras and called on March 12, 2013 to be told that they just got them in and would be shipping my order out. As of March 25, 2013 I have not received them. I wished that I would have read these reviews before placing my order with them. Now I wonder if I can get my money back. Here goes the battle. DON'T USE THEM."
"CometSupply.com is horrible. Don't use them. I purchased a tv from them for a great price or so I thought. I waited patiently while the 6-10 days to ship went by. I figured it was business days so two weeks. Then I've been talking with them for the last 4 days trying to get an answer as to what the hell is going on. No notification was sent about anything of the progress of my order. They told me each day I called that they we're speaking with the manufacturer and would get back to me. Finally today I demanded they do so while I was on the phone. They told me that Samsung had discontinued that particular model, not the actual TV series just the list price that I had already purchased the TV at. So now they're refunding my money. Is it me or should they have to refund whatever interest I accrued on the charge to my card during that 2 week period? I researched the heck out of that TV and it was perfect - now the new list price is 350 bucks more."

When I called them they had no clue about my order and said that their website would show up to date info about my shipment. Absolutely false! Nothing was updated for weeks! "I will NOT buy from this website again! I ordered an Otterbox for my phone on my birthday (12/18/2012). I checked to see when it was supposed to ship & all it said for 2 weeks was "preparing shippment". I called, 2 weeks after ordering the item and the customer service said, "Oh, that will ship tomorrow." I believed him & checked back that day and nothing, it still said "preparing shippment. I called back a few days later & another guy said, "oh, that will ship sometime next Wednesday (1/9/13)
Well, today is (1/9/13) And it still says (preparing shippment)
Im gonna call again later & if they give me another date, I am going to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau & also, I will ask for a refund.
Also, their customer service voice mail is a woman who sounds like she can barely speak English."
"I ordered a wood chipper on 10/20, they took my money, sent me a reciept and ceased communication. Their online order status checking does not work with the order number they gave me.
After 25 days I called the company asking about the status of my order, they said they would send me an email with an order status update. The customer service person never sent me that email.
After 30 days I called the company, they said the item was backordered and had not been shipped, they didn't know when they would ship it. I asked them to cancel my order and they said my money would be refunded the next day.
4 days after canceling my order I checked paypal and they had not refunded my money. I opened a paypal claim to get my money back. After another week I was forced to escalate the claim because the company has not responded or refunded my money."

"I purchased some hammers from Comet Supply on August 22nd and today is October 7th, and I still haven't received my hammers. I've sent them 4 e-mails, two asking what my status was and two asking to cancel my order. My first e-mail was answered, stating that it could take 2 to 3 weeks to ship my order. "Very poor service. I ordered 4 Western Digital Red 3TB HDD. They charged my credit card but the items haven't shipped. I've tried to contact them by phone, i keep getting a busy signal, and via their website "contact us section." So far no response. I would avoid this company in the future. "
"AVOID Comet Supply. They ship the wrong item, one that costs them less, so they make more money, then sandbag you about correcting the problem they caused. There are honest retialers out there. AVOID this one......nothing but problems, and weeks later they have still not resolved the issue. Good thing I used a credit card, as they have two more days to make it right, and then they get a charge-back."

"These guys are a rip-off. their website is very deceptive, and customer service lokewise. I ordered a drive. When it did not arrive after one week, I called only to be told that it was already shopped. I immediately requested a cancellation when UPS said that they no record of the tracking number. I requested a refund upon receipt. Got the RMA, returned the item. After two months, still no refund. I callerd and a refund was eventually received , but with a 20% reduction. Buyer beware!!!"
"Wish I could give zero stars. Run far away from this merchant. They give you false promises on when your product will arrive when it hasn't even left the warehouse. I placed my order before business hours on Monday, called on Wednesday and was told product would arrive on Thurs. Called back Thurs and was given an excuse that they missed UPS. They said item was packaged and ready to ship, I demanded a tracking number and was told it would not be available until after 5pm. I called their bluff and guy blamed it on his system. I advised him I did not appreciate being lied to. He got irate and hung the phone up on me. I immediately called back to cancel my order. I WILL NEVER IN MY RIGHT MIND ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. You've been warned, proceed at your own risk."
"Ordered $2200 worth of 4TB USB hard drives, they charged the credit card immediately and order status showed delivery withing next 7 days - 7 days passed no tracking number and no delivery, checked order status and had changed to back ordered, called support got run around and said item was on 4 week back-order and would be shipped when it arrived. In the meantime bought identical items ($50 more total) from Buy.com which shipped next day and I have received and installed and working fine. Comet Supply never got back to me and finally on July 2nd I called again to see what was going on - flustered individual said his system wasnt showing any delivery date or back order and would email me when he had the info - no email ever received. contact them again on July 7th and ask about my order - they are now saying the manufacturer has told them that the next batch wont be available until Q4 2012. Told them this was unacceptible and they eventually refunded my money but will never order anything through them again and highly recommend that no-one else ever does - use a reputable company as these guys definitely are not - and I believe they just outright lie to you whilst keeping your money for months with no intention of ever completing your order. I have filed complaint with BBB in IL."
"I ordered a Denon phono cartridge, in spite of the scary reviews here. But there also were some very good reviews on forums for audiophiles, so I felt confident. I was expecting a long wait, since the cartridge is a specialty item and seems to be shipped from Japan to the US on an irregular basis. BOTTOM LINE: The cart arrived within two weeks, in perfect condition, original packaging, and it performs extremely well. AND I saved $60. (No-- Comet Supply did not ask me to write this review.)"
