"The reviews are true, these guys are slick willies and their communication is terrible. Won't bore you with the details but placed my order over 2 weeks ago, couldn't check online (as I was supposed to be able to) and finally called to see if my order was going to ship. Amazingly, they just received notice from the manufacturer today that they would not be receiving any more so they are issuing me a refund. Communication sucks and they had my money for over two weeks.

"After reading reviews online, I was pretty sure my experience would be a headache. Their website doesn't look very official, it's very slow, and the prices are too good to be true. However, I couldn't pass up the great deal they had on a Rubbermaid shed. To confirm the great price and to see if I can get a real, english-speaking person on the phone, I gave them a call. Their automated phone system is staticy and broken, which didn't strengthen my faith. I eventually got a human on the phone who confirmed there were 3 sheds left and it could ship out today or tomorrow morning (yea right!). I figured it was worth a try and if it became a nightmare, I'll put a cancellation on my credit card. I ordered the shed at 1pm on Thursday. I then prepared to wait 2 or 3 weeks for the freight delivery. On Monday, the freight company (NEMF) called me to confirm delivery for Tuesday! Tuesday arrived and the driver was even early! I told him he could leave the huge shed box outside and I'd just carry it piece by piece into the back yard. He, alone, moved the shed through my apartment and into my backyard. Usually freight just drops it off at the front door. Perfect!"
"The only thing this company did right was refund my money. Their customer service completely dismissed me as if the company didn't even exist. I contacted them several times to no avail. After two weeks with no response or updates whats so ever, I made an effort to expedite my order, and in return, the simply refunded my money without even contacting me or giving any inclination of an order cancellation. I had to wait to see my bank statement to know. Terrible experience. Went with Provantage instead. They had a better price, infinitely greater customer service, and I was blown away by them. STAY AWAY FROM COMET SUPPLY. Use a more reputable company."
"I bought 21 bookcases for my personal use from Comet Supply. These were discontinued items, so they had to locate multiple shipping sources for my order. Comet's price was the best I could find on the net.
The person I dealt with, Robert (on the west coast) was very patient and because of a credit card issue offered to call me back after (east-coast) business hours to finalize the order, which he did.
The first shipment of 15 bookcases (shipped from the closest city) arrived the next day. The remaining ones shipped from another city (600 miles away) arrived just a few days later. Both drivers called to arrange a delivery time and arrived in the given 2 hour window.
All in all this complicated transaction went very smoothly. "
