Finally called;after waiting for someone to answer, Ann answered, she found my order, without no warning, I was on hold for 5 minutes. Ann came back on and said it was backordered, I ask why didnt anyone call or e-mail me? she had no answer, Ann stated they dont know when the item will be in. I reminded her on their website it states shipments can take up to 10 days, its well past ten days. Absolutely terrible customer service! I asked what are you going to do for me that would want me to come back? 5% off next order she said. What next order? My order should be at least fed-exed the next day when it comes in. Apparently I wont know when it will come in. Can you feel my tension? ugh"

"Great experience ordering with ComfortFirst - I ordered a baby gate with an adapter piece to allow it to be installed at the bottom of a staircase that had a balister/wooden rail on one side - called a "Y mount adapter". I ordered one thinking it would do the trick, but you have to have two, and it was a little misleading, so I had to make two separate orders. The product is now installed and working well and shipping time was not too bad. The prices were competitive, too. I'll definitely be ordering from ComfortFirst again!"
