"My experience with Comfort1st was good except for one thing: when I attempted to enter my address , the form would never accept the address I entered. It asked if I wanted to use a similar address and even though I selected "use address as written" by the time I got to the end of the form, the address would always be wrong. I eventually decided to have it shipped to another address altogether. It was very frustrating. However, the shipping was quick and the site was easy to navigate. If they would fix the address problem, I would definitely buy from them again."

"I ll never buy from comfort first ever again. It took me. 5 or 6 emails to try an cancel my order then finally they said they couldnt cancel pr change that i would have to return it an when i went to return it. It was 75 dollars. An a 25% stocking fee.

"Well I have ordered before with no worries, but recently we had moved and the website wouldn't let me change my address once in the ordering progress. When I had changed towards the end it did not save it. Therefore my recent order had been shipped to my old address in Maine. We are currently in California. I thankfully got ahold of my old land lord and they picked it up from the house and took it to the post office but they won't forward it to my current address they will supposingly send it back the comfort 1st. with that being said comfort first will not ship out new items to my address until they receive the old package(s). If I order again my card will be charged twice. I do not think this is fair when it is based on their error and especially when I tried to stop it right after I had placed my order. not happy at all!"

"I ordered a cradle from this company with the understanding that it would be delivered within 10 business days. When that window passed, it took multiple e-mails to customer service to get a response. I was informed that the item was backordered and would not arrive until 3 months after originally expected. A month later, I was informed that it was further delayed and would now arrive 5 months after the original date. I cancelled the order.
It's particularly annoying to go to the website tonight and to see that the cradle is still offered on the site as if it is available. I even added it to my cart and began to check out to see if there would be any warning of the backorder. There wasn't. If an item is not currently available, this merchant could save customers a lot of time by disclosing that information upfront. "
