"I have ordered the stoke xplory stroller in blue melange with comfort 1st,. They were one of the few websites it still have it in stock and most importantly, they had the best price of the market. Shipping was free and I received the item in 1 day, in perfect condition. I'll keep on ordering baby gear with comfort 1st as I are very happy with their service "

"The price with free shipping was great! However the box was in torn condition when delivered by Fedex. The merchandise was not damaged. A part was not included for assembly but I later found out from the manufacturer that the part was not available to US customers, only European."

"So far I'm quite pleased with the service of Comfort 1st firstly like to underline that the 1st Comfort have a partnership with Bongo International, making it much easier those who live outside the U.S., which is my case. In relation to my purchase, so far I'm glad I made the order for two days and already received the dispatch email. In relation to product prices and shipping, I think they are a bit high, there was no need to charge the shipping costs inside the U.S.. But in general I am very pleased, when I received my products I turn to a more positive review I believe so!I apologize for my poor english."

"This was my first time ordering from Comfort1st. Overall I was very happy with their service but unfortunately not the product, so I will have to write another review after the return process is finished. The product was at a good price and the processing and shipping was somewhat quick. When I saw the steps to return I was a bit taken a back. I hope they don't charge me a restocking fee because I literally took the product out of the box, tried to assemble with no instructions and was just not happy with the product at all. Could not assemble. I repacked the box exactly as it was delivered to me with all part and peices intact and I sent the return the very next day. If I am charged a restocking fee I will be very upset, especially because it doesn't say anywhere that it doesn't come with a manual or assembly instructions. If I am not charged a restocking fee and I spent $25+ to ship back, track, and insure the product which is steep, but at least I have the peice of mind that it's only fair, seeing as it costs money to ship to me in the first place."

"Horrible customer service! Order was placed on the 12th, seller was emailed on the 17th because no tracking number/shipping confirmation was received yet. Received response on the 18th saying that it should ship in another 2-4 days. That's up to 10 days to ship an in stock item! Immediately after, another email was received from seller saying there was an "error" with the shipping estimate and they now needed $175 for shipping, which is more than what the manufacturer charges for S&H by the way. It took them nearly a week to tell me this and this is only after I made the initial contact. All of this after my cc was already charged. I told them to cancel my order. The entire time I wasn't even issued an apology... not one. Absolutely unacceptable."
