placed the order on Thursday, May 7th. got a shipment confirmation email the next day, Friday the 8th. shipment was delivered on Tuesday the 12th to Florida... however, i live in New Mexico. a few emails and calls to customer service and i eventually get my order delivered on Friday the 29th, a whopping 22 days after the order and a full 15 "business days" later (Memorial weekend).

over 3 weeks to get my order? that's not acceptable."
