"I was happy with the pricing, and how quick I received my purchase. But have to say I was not happy with customer service. I need them to refund me the tax since this was a resale purchase. I first emailed them giving them my resale cert,but got no response. Then I called and was promised that I would get my refund...but it never came. I had to call again and was finally refunded. Also, their customer service reps could be a bit more friendly. Both reps I spoke with sounded like they hated their jobs."

"I hadn't done business with CompBargains before and was skeptical when I found their price on a large format HP Designjet 510 42" plotter to be much lower than everyone else. I researched them a bit online, wrote a few emails to them (which were promptly answered) and spoke with them on the phone. At that point I was comfortable and decided it was worth trying them out for the big savings. I'm happy to report that it was a perfect transaction...they shipped the machine out in a couple of days and it arrived via FedEx Freight in great shape. "I had ordered two parts at a competative price. Even with shipping being high. I recieved the incorrect parts and when I contacted compbargains was told it is my fault. Now three weeks later I have spent $20 on shiping and recieved only one of two parts with no refund. My total loss of time and money with no follow up or confirmation from the vendor has me feeling upset at best. After discussing with new sales rep part of order was refunded and I respect the follow up. Hopefully next time is much better."

It still would have been nice if the website had listed them as "not in stock" or "back ordered" to avoid the issue in the first place. "

The printer is working amazingly, the division that is using it thinks I performed miracles. Everywhere else I looked, for this same printer, I was told 6 or more weeks out and no guarantee.
