"I purchased a Lexar Triton 64GB USB 3.0 Jump/Flash Drive from CompSource for $140. It arrived in original packaging that did not look new. There was dust on the inside of the otherwise sealed clear plastic box and two brush marks on the item. The product itself was defective - very difficult to slide closed, and then would not open. It appeared I had been sold a defective, likely returned, item. I called CompSource who said was it was shipped from their distributor, they were not liable for defective merchandise, that I could mail it back for an exchange contingent on their evaluation of the condition of the product. They would not pay return shipping. If I wanted to return it, they would charge a restocking fee based on the item's condition. They told me they were in no way responsible. They kept my money. Lexar is replacing the item under warranty, which will take weeks. CompSource made $140 selling a used defective item."
