"I needed a phone that had a very good keyboard, that allowed comfortable and fast typing. This HTC model met my needs. The phone fits in my hand, it's quite light, and has an awesome keyboard very similar to a PC.
This device runs Windows Mobile and comes loaded with useful applications, such as Office, Adobe Reader, and others.
The phone has a 2Mb pixel camera and it can also do video with audio.
WiFi was rather easy to configure. After I enabled it, the phone detected all available networks automatically. It connected to a secure network after entering the key, and then it was ready to use. Internet Explorer is the browser. It can also download email. It has some predefined email providers, such as Gmail. So you just enter the user id and password, and the phone will take care of the rest.
A WiFi feature I like is the energy saving. The phone can be configured to automatically shutdown WiFi after some idle time. Then, it turns it on when you start using the phone again.
The phone can be used as a music player as well.
I only used it for 3-4 hours, but so far I'm very happy with it.
One additional important thing, the speaker volume is high.

"The Acer Aspire 5516 notebook is a great system for the price. Although I'm not too thrilled about the Vista OS and all of the trial software. The only other thing is that just a day after receiving the product, a thin line on the right side of the screen about a 1/3 of the way up appeared, so needles to say that I'm in the process of sending it back to the manufacturer for replacing."
"CompUSA Online Rip Off!
I had been a CompUSA customer for many years and choose to buy my new camcorder and memory card from their online store based upon many positive experiences at their retail stores. If only I had listened to the warnings of the folks who had been victimized before me!
I n good faith I placed my online order for over $750.00. The next day I received confirmation that my order had been shipped 2 day air by UPS. I checked my bank account and noted that the full amount of my purchase had been sucked out of my checking account. How efficient I thought! My account had been charged and my 2 day package was on its way! 2 days came and went and on the third day I called UPS. UPS explained that they would put a trace on the package and that they would have a status for me in 8 to 10 business days. After a week of no results I called the CompUSA customer service line. I explained the situation and requested that a replacement be sent overnight to me. They were ‘Oh So Sorry!’ and I was made to wait on hold why I was passed around from one incompetent to another. The bottom line is that CompUSA just doesn’t care. Once they have their money the customer becomes a nuisance and they have NO desire to make things right.
As of this writing I have still not received my merchandise and have decided to try save other trusting consumers from making the same mistake I made. CompUSA closed the majority of its stores 2 years ago and is now owned by a private equity firm. CompUSA’s customer service is lousy, their shipper, UPS, is horrible, and both companies have lost my business forever.
When considering a purchase from CompUSA please learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

"I odered a Onkyo receiver on Tueasday and received it on Friday with free shipping. The order process was simple and quick, I am very pleased with Comp USA overall. The only thing I would change is to allow shipping to PO Boxes. For those of us forced to have one by the post office in small towns and we work so we are not home all the time, it makes it difficult to order things. This is not just Comp USA but if a few of these companies contacted the Post Office to set up some sort of verification of addressee to fight fraud, (which is always the reson given why the don't ship to PO Boxes) then maybe the option could be made available. As for Comp USA over all, 5 Stars."

"My experience was mixed. I liked the fast shipping. On the other hand I checked my credit card after I placed the order and was shocked. Comp USA had 3, I repeat 3, holds in the amount of the computer I ordered. So instead of around 400 on hold and then taking it, my Chase credit card advised me there was around 1200.00 hold on my credit card. This meaning I could not use my SUPPOSED TO BE available credit. When I called CompUSA to get an answer they said two charges would "fall off" and just to wait. I do not think this is a good enough answer, I did not authorize CompUSA to put a 1200.00 hold on my credit card, it should only have been for the ONE computer I ordered. It took about a whole 7-10 days for it to fall off. Ridiculous....."

"The Monitor works great and was a good value, however, it would be great if you found someone else for your ground shipping. UPS is slow and expensive. FedEx Ground is MUCH faster and usually cheaper. You should look into this as a customer service issue.
