I ordered an item wednesday before thanksgiving and paid over $20 for their shipping option that said "order now and receive by Friday" which was the only reason I ordered form this store Id never heard of.
Didn't get a shipping notification until friday ( the day it was supposed to arrive), customer service response by email was "it shipped in a timely manner" called and of course they dont know what kind of promises they are making on their website for shipping and asked for proof it said Id get it by Friday and would not reimburse shipping charges. I did not take a screen capture because in my experience every place where shipping says "get it by..." you get it by that day. this is not the case at this store.
If after reading this you still want to order from these people take a screen capture of your screen because they dont know what they are doing at this place and any problems that they mess up they will put on you.
it is also now the following monday afternoon and I have still not received this item.

I followed up and they did reimburse the shipping charges but only after I looked at the tracking and realized it wasnt going to arrive until THE END OF THE WEEK as they shipped it ground on accident and would at least acknowledge that mistake. This is a replacement wacom pen that I need for my work after mine broke and they wouldn't just cancel the order now that it wont be arriving until much longer than it was supposed to. Also said if I refused the package Id still pay for it.
however from what I ordered they claim to have 100% customer satisfaction and 30 day money back guarantee and this is their mess up and theres no way Im buying this product from them now. That is not a delivery time frame I agreed to and sets me too much back with work and I just cant wait that long for this item and they offer no way to work with the problem.
only option they've left me other than "wait" which isnt acceptable is to order from Amazon where not only is this item now the same price they offer 2 day free shipping and one day for only 3.99. This item was cheaper than on amazon when I ordered it but came out the same with the shipping price I needed and I needed the item as soon as possible since it has become a key element of my workflow. the only reason I didn't order from amazon in the first place, they did not have a deliver by that friday option which now is totally irrelevant. placing a new order with Amazon now saves me more and gets here faster than comp-u-plus and I know they are reliable and the part will be new as it says.
Comp-u-plus also flat out asked me if id remove this review since they did finally "reimburse" the shipping, Which they wouldn't have if the mistake wasn't magnified by them shipping ground on top of not meeting the friday 25th delivery which they still would not admit to. shipping cost me $27.68 and they only reimbursed me $20. So i guess they are just going to charge me more than any other store for ground shipping. I almost missed that nice 7.68 difference they held onto.
This is the first review Ive been compelled to put up for a store EVER... EVER. My experience with how they chose to deal with the issue was that bad.
