Faster than promised - as soon as I needed it!
"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. Defective E-T812XL cartridge
"I loaded your black ink cartridge E-T812XL onto my Epson 7840 Printer, but it left spaces that did not print correctly. The other colors appear to be working okay.
I recently ordered more of the 812 cartridges before I knew this one was defective.
I would like to return the defective black cartridge.
I am now using a genuine Epson cartridge and it works fine, so the problem was not with my printer.
Now I have another unopened black cartridge from my recent order, but are wondering if I will have the same problem. I will wait to use it after the Epson cartridge is used up. But I want to let you know that if this second one is also defective, I will want to return it.
As for my other Epson 7510 printer ) the T-126 cartridges seem to work fine most of the time, but I must recharge the print head every so often because they leave streaks. Also, I need to replace them before they run out of ink to correct some of the problems. I will continue to use them unless there are more problems.
Please advise as to how to return the E-T812XL cartridge, or send me a new one. Hopefully it will work okay.
