"I purchased 3 cartridges, 1 color, 2 B & W, I replaced the B & W cartridge and the printer would not work, and would give me an E15 error message, I tried resetting the printer, cleaning the contacts on the cartridge and the printer and it still would not work. Finally I tried the second cartridge and the printer started right up. The first cartridge is obviously defective."
