"I think maybe the elderly should be cautious about using this product. I didn't follow the directions, i.e. taking 6 mini tabs,
as that scared me. So I took 1 tab the first night and 2 the
second night. The third night I forgot and am I glad. As the next day I had a thorough cleansing, but also took all the strength out of me. I don't want to take this anymore, and am planning to return. It may be fine for people who are young and healthy. I did lose 6 lbs. which is good, of course,
I'll gain some of that back.
