"I have cancelled my account only after a month. They will still continue to take money out of my account for up to 6 months, I made the mistake of subscribing for 6 months. The site is scadalous, the customer service is based in overseas not in the US."

"I have to say I have been ~VERY DISAPPOINTED~ with their service.
Almost every match has been from far away, many over hundreds of miles. I don't know about you but I don't plan on dating from 100's of miles away. Many of the matches do not have photos, so you are matched with a person you have no idea what they look like and they are 100's of miles away! They have rejected many of my submitted photos, with not reason given, just a rejection and told to resubmit if I think they are in error but they never give a reason why. All of my photos were head shots only so who knows. This site, in my opinion is not worth anymore than $5 a month at the most. My suggestion would be to pass on joining CompatiblePartners.com A Total Waste of My Time !!!"
