"I bought a pair of Slider Adventure/ Touring armored pants direct from there web site..
The pair that arrived was way to small ( my fault) so I sent back on my nickel and re-ordered a new pair in the adjusted size.
The new pair arrived in a recycled old beat up old box. They sent the wrong length plus these pants were used. They had dirty water stains at the cuffs and I found a used Kleenex in the zippered vent pocket.

I call Competition Accessories to tell them of my displeasure
I was told to email a Linda Hall ..... I asked for her phone number but was told it was not available.

I tried mailing her three times but my emails were sent back as undeliverable. I call C/A again to recheck the address and was given the same. I tried again... no luck.

I called them back and was given the same address. But then was told that I had been given the wrong address.

I re-wrote Linda with my complaint but received no reply ( I waited two days).

I then went to the web sight and submitted a complaint to customer service department.... wait three days without a reply.
I attempted to call them back but was disconnected while on hold... twice.

I am so not happy and frustrated.

UPDATE...... Competition Accessories (Linda) contacted me and stepped up to the plate and made it right. I am impressed with the way this was handled...... THANK YOU.
