"Though the prices are good, the service is lacking. I ordered a helmet and a battery and have not seen either one, 10 days after my order. Both items were in stock and were due to ship in 1-3 days. I don't know many people who order batteries just for the fun of it. My bike has been down for two weeks now because of a bad battery and its spring riding season. Definitely not happy with the level of service. "

"I ordered an Arai RX-Q oriental (med) in black that was "in stock" on their website. after about a week and a few days of checking the status of my shipment every other day, there were no status updates except that it was getting ready to ship out. eventually I decided to email them about my order, and was give the update of “Order is open and waiting on arrival of the remaining products to be shipped”. I ordered the helmet only, so I asked about it, thinking maybe they just mixed up the shipment, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I emailed them again letting them know that I didn't order anything else, hoping to get an approximate ship out date. a couple days later, I was issued a full refund relatively quick, so I thank them on that. I understand that things sell out sometimes, but what bothered me is that they never attempted to contact me letting me know the helmet was not in stock or whether it would be restocked or not."

"Price was very competitive. Delivered to my door (in Vt.) in 2 days. There was a snafu with getting my CA rebate $'s, a quick call on their 1-800 # took care of the problem. I've used them many a time on motorcycle related products. It's always gone smooth. "
"Not worth the cheaper prices. I would shop somewhere else. I had ordered an e-gift card that was supposed to be delivered immediately, but it took the company 4 days to email it! I placed the order on Tuesday and finally got the email on Friday. I called the company and email them multiple times. There wasn't one polite representative there, in fact everyone I spoke to was extremely rude and practically accused me of lying. Never once did they apologize for making a mistake. I needed to use the gift card on Tuesday to get the items delivered on Friday to keep the very important appointment on Monday, ultimately I had to cancel. I've had issues before and after this I don't think I'll ever shop from them again, customer service goes a long way and unfortunately they are seriously lacking that aspect.

"Nice boot for the price. Haven't ridden in them yet. They seem to be well made I bought them for the heavy sole and the ventilation. They do run small! I wear a sz 13 in tourmaster and Rocky boot. A 13w in these was too too small ordered a 14w which I'm breaking in around the house. I'll review again after I pressure test them on my Grand canyon ride.
