"Not wanting to go through another North Carolina summer riding in full leather, I ordered Kevlar reinforced riding jeans and CE rated knee armor that was supposed to ship in three days. eight days out I had not received them nor was I given a tracking number, so I called the hot line. I was told that the items had not shipped because they had just received the knee armor and wanted to ship both items together, once they did I would receive a tracking number. It's eleven days out, no tracking number, no package.
I am responding to a query weather I am satisfied with my new riding jeans and Competition Accessories service.
No, I am not. I have no idea about the fit or quality of the jeans that I haven't received, I still have not received a tracking number, and do not know how much longer it will be before they arrive. At this point I have little confidence in Competition Accessories or the product.
Suggestion, If an order is held up for what ever reason notify the customer. If you say you are going to sent notification that an item has shipped do it. I shouldn't have to call the help line a second time asking for an update, Don't leave your customers hanging, we'd understand reasonable delays.

Great videos, Awesome Shipping

"This store has great video reviews and explanations. It helped me select my size for helmet and gloves. It ships for free but it is super fast! All I purchased got here in a couple of days. Amazing! "Ordered pants listed as "In stock" was called later and told they were in stock in another warehouse but would take 2 months to ship. I do believe they are in a warehouse but the manufactures warehouse in China. Ordered from another online seller and received same week. Thanks for nothin. "
