"I placed my order on line, Sunday night, for items that were listed on the web site as in stock. It took 3 days for Competition Accessories to process my order. I called them on Friday because I was unable to track my orders process. I was asked to," Wait a couple of more days" and then get back to them if my order had not been delivered. After 10 days, I called them back. I was told that my order had been lost in shipping and I would have to wait while they filed a claim against the carrier . That would have to be resolved before I would receive my items. This is the 3rd time in a year that C.A. has lost, misplaced or other wise mishandled my order. I have been doing business with them for 15 years, but no more. Price is not everything to me, but service is. There are too many other distributers that have competitive prices and better service. Sorry C.A. You just lost a customer. "
