"When I placed this order, the web site gave no indication that the item was out of stock and backordered, but a few days after I received the CompAcc order confirmation, I received a different email from another entity not branded as CompAcc saying it was. A few days after that, my credit card was charged, so I assumed it was shipping, but received no update (such as a tracking number).

About a week had passed after submitting my order, so I finally called the number on the second email, and learned that the original expected ship date had been changed from about a week out to about a month out.

Meanwhile, I haven't gotten any response regarding a customer service inquiry I had made at the same time of the order about password change not working correctly.

Messy communications and poor (non-existent, really) customer service. CompAcc used to be my go-to, but has steadily dropped off."
