"This boot appeared to have a conventional welted and stitched on sole construction rather than the current glued together boot that is the common method of construction used today. The pictures clearly showed the stitching and welt and that is what made my decision to purchase. Upon receipt of the boots I discovered that the welt and stitching was in reality a fake and was just a molded plastic facsimile of the feature I desired. I also discovered that there is no loop or pull to facilitate pulling on the boots, a feature I think important is to be able to put on the boots. So, for these reasons I am rating the transaction as "somewhat dissatisfied". Competition Accessories has always treated me fairly in the past and I shall return these boots."
