They did accept the return but had to pay to ship it back and got credit one day after they received it. Unfortunately there weren't any dealerships that carried the brand nearby so I had to rely on measurements that were not accurate. Would order from them again but not before trying on the helmet."

For the price, i was expecting some sort of string attached, like previously tried on but not sold, for example. And I love the helmet.
