"I ordered a new helmet 11/2 weeks ago and it was shipped by FedEx to start and has been all over the midwest and now been transferred to USPS to deliver. I still have not received it. Very dissatisfied with the shipping method. UPS would have delivered yo my door within three days most anywhere in the country. Competition staff were really good when I contacted them however I don't know if I would recommend them in the future.;"

"I've ordered from compacc in the past, based on availability and pricing, and have had an inconsistent experience. At times, shipping was prompt and I received timely notifications of tracking information. More often than not however, order confirmations would never be generated (and you are unable to view previous orders from within your account... seriously?), and tracking information would never be sent. I would usually cross my fingers and breathe a sigh of relief when the item would finally arrive.
I'm done with this retailer however, as the straw that broke the camel's back was a sequence of orders when trying to outfit my GF with new head/toe gear. I was staying loyal to the site in order to try and use "points"; from their loyalty rewards program (called comp-a-cash), but in order to finally get the credit applied to my account, I had to email customer support twice. When it was finally applied, I was surprised to find out that comp-a-cash credits cannot be applied to MANY popular brands (the fine print always gets you). Once I finally settled on a set of boots, I had my order cancelled one week after placing it due to it being discontinued. I don't understand how with modern inventory tracking, an item is listed in stock and a credit card is billed, but not only is the item temporarily unavailable, it takes them a week to realize it's no longer even manufactured! Dropping mics and going elsewhere."

"The shipper they use to deliver my order has said my order has gone "missing". I have talked to Competition Acc. 3 times but no soulution is offered. There has been no response to my email. I have talked to the shipping company, ontrac, twice with no help to offer. They say they will investigate for 8 days before declairing it lost and doing something about it. I cannot wait that long. I do not think that this is my problem, but I am the one lacking my tires and they have my money. I think they should send me what I ordered now and and deal with their shipper on their own time. Over all I would say pretty poor customer service. From both places. I will have to order tires from someone else and deal with whatever happens with C.A. later."

"Ordered a helmet that was on sale or closeout at several different retailers, although Competition Accessories appeared to have the best deal. 4 days after placing my order I was notified that my helmet was out of stock (but they were still shipping the now unnecessary pinlock shield). By the time my refund was issued the sale was over and I had missed out on what could have been a good deal somewhere else. It would be great if they could figure out how inventory management works considering it is the year 2015. "
