"My experiences have been very satisfying until this last shipment: I always have received items wrapped with a bubble wrap, in a sturdy box, while the space in the box was filled with styrofoam balls, regardless of the volume of my order. This last shipment (received last week) came in a regular envelop without any extra wrap. The day I received the shipment happened to be very cold (around 3F) and when I opened the item (Skinceutical CE Serum), bubbles formed around the top of the bottle and the eye-cream was near to 'frozen'.
