I read that the product I purchased, skinceuticals, should be clear liquid and not dark or yellowed which would constitute aging, hence it should be returned. This was not the case with CSC, the product was exactly as described. I've been using it for only about a week now but having used a lot of facial skin products I can say unequivocally that the skinceuticals, though expensive is well worth the price and will go a long long way before having to repurchase. "The website is very user friendly through the whole process (product selection to checkout). My only complaint would be the packaging. My items were in a brown bubble wrap envelope. During shipping, the paper tore and my product boxes were crushed. Thankfully nothing was broken or fell out. It is disappointing that if I am buying a $100+ product, it isn't packaged more securely. A sturdy cardboard box would be more appropriate. "
