"This company does not do business in a professional manner. I have repeatedly called and send emails regarding an RMA for a 512 Meg stick of PC133 RAM. The RAM was defective immediately but didn't do a memory check until several weeks after getting the product.
I finally got through to get an RMA and have been waiting nearly 2 months to hear back. I have called and left messages and verified the return of the RMA to the company.
I don't usally complain about a company but if it saves anyone else the trouble I have gone through it is worth it to me."

"I ordered a Radeon 8500 from this company back in December '01. It took the standard amount of time to get here but was DOA. So after attempting to talk to their custom service (They are around random parts of the day/week) a few times, I finally got an RMA. I sent it back, and they sent me a new one that appeared to be in working condition. However, I believe they underclocked it because its performance was very low. Instead of dealing with them anymore I tried once more to get an RMA (After much trying I did) and the only good thing I can say is it was after 30 days, but they still refunded my money (and didn't take out that restocking fee they said they were going to). It wasn't a very good experience and I wouldn't recommend it. If you have to deal with them, try it on the phone because they don't respond to e-mails except when they tell u status of something. Try calling in the evening (EST) that seemed to work 1/100 times for me ;\."

The replacement took approx 4 weeks and it is a stick of no-name DDR. No heat spreader like the original. I'm still waiting for a reply as to what to do with this memory stick (unopened)"
