"My name is Lorelei Briggs and on 10/22/2016 I went on the site to order one set of stockings for my Daughter. Placed the order but didn't get a confirmation number , so I tried again and it went through. I checked my account and noticed 2 orders went through . I called the following Monday and was told I couldn't cancel because they were shipped. On Tuesday I received a email that the orders were shipped. Not Monday but Tuesday. I have tried repeatedly to get my money back and even sent them back unopened. I had to also send back the other order they didn't fit. Out of 42 dollars I now have 14 dollars in store credit I can't even use. This company's customer service ****. They find ever reason to not give you back your money. At one point I was told the brand I bought didn't qualify for refund. This company should be ashamed. I have never had such blatant uncaring of customer service. I will never buy from them again. I think they should do the right thing and give me my money back for at least one order. You compression stockings. "
