"I purchased 3.06 cpu this person has no intent in
being honest. Sent many e-mails and left numberous telephone calls no responce. This was purchased on e-bay mar 9 003.

Chris should be brought up on crimal charges for
fraud."
"This seller also has taken me advantage of me. I also lost $400 for a processor that I purched on ebay. We should all do something about this. We should all file a lawsuit or something. We should inform him to the authorities in New York. My email address is ****@****. If there are other who think we should file a lawsuit please email me, and we can discuss how to approach this. "
"I have never had to deal with a company (well, I think it it’s just one guy) that was more deliberate in ignoring its customers. There is no phone number to contact this company and emails are not replied to. I don’t think I will ever see the product I paid for or a refund from this guy. My advice would be to stay away. "
"Payment Sent but never received anything. Seller never reply any e-mail and phone call. No communication at all. Will never deal with them again in my life."
"I tried being patient with this seller, was willing to wait a month for my chip, then when the month went by I tried being diplomatic, sending e-mails requesting an update...got no response. I was more than willing to be patient but was simply ignored and defrauded by this company. If you want quality service, this is definitely not the place to go."
"I paid $400 for a CPU that would be delivered in 30 days.
The guy just desapeared with the money - no emails, no phone, nothing.
He even sent a fake FedEx tracking number!!!
Alert - Alert - Alert!!!!"
"March 20th 2003 Product still undelivered, Compsmatrix do not return emails. Advise strongly do not do business with this company"
"I never received my merchandise from CompsMatrix; Chris Wong has been promising to send the CPU I ordered for over a month now and has not. This is clearly a situation involving fraud. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy anything from CompsMatrix."
"I purchased two Pentium 4 3.06 GHz retail processors from them on 2/10/03 for a total price of $800. It was a pre-sale item with a ship date of 3/14/03. The FEDEX tracking number was suppose to be provided on this day. I agreed to these terms. However, when 3/14 came around I received nothing. I sent NUMEROUS emails and left phone messages to Christopher Wong, the president. All of which were completely ignored. The company's phone number, ***-***-****, is actually a cell number. Apparently, their efforts to be a stockless retailer was not working out too well. The processors were being imported from overseas. Christopher made NO attempt to explain the situation or establish any trust. When he finally replied through email on 3/20, he accused me of harrassing his customers and cancelled my transaction, initiating a refund, which I'm waiting for. This was a purchase through his Ebay Store front. Please refer to listing #3401125851 for reference. Compsmatrix as of this day also became an unregistered user... probably due to all the negative feedback they were getting. To this day there has been no evidence that anyone has received the product. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!! BUYER BEWARE. This was the worst purchasing experience in my life. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this dishonest company, ever again."
