"This company is the pits. I ordered an A/C power supply for my laptop. The site was a little hard to use but I was able to get it ordered. I received a email that had a tracking number from USPS. I of course watched for the item to be shipped and after a few day is was sent out. Unfortunately it went to Washington not Wisconsin.
I tried to contact customer service by phone with no luck. I sent an email with all the order information and a screen shot of the shipping tracker page. I asked if they sent me the wrong tracking number and to please find where my order is as it is now 10 days since it was shipped. A week later I received a email saying they are having the Post Office look into the shipping.
Three days later an email was returned stating that the item was delivered and signed for, so I should look around as I or a family member must have misplaced the order. I got really mad and tried to call them again. Tried until I realized I will have to reply to the email, they do not answer the phone.
I reminded them that the item was sent to Washington and I'm in Wisconsin. It was not the most pleasant email to read but really I must have misplaced it! It is now almost three weeks and I would like to get my A/C power supply ASAP. I don't care what happened to the first order just send me another one is the just of the email. A little more condescending and rude then above.
The next email they sent me stated it appears the they sent my order to another customer, and will ship one out in 3 to 4 days. This was quickly followed up with a request to find out what kind of connection I have on my computer as there are two different kinds. Of course this is not true if you make sure to look at the sub id number X305-Q705. all Q705's have the three pin plug.
I sent them my computer model and the item number for the power supply from there website. I explained that Toshiba Qosimo X305-Q705 has the three pin connection. Then I waited, this was a Thursday so I was expecting to hear something by Tuesday of next week. Friday rolls around and still have not heard anything so I sent an email asking what is going on. I was nice.
The reply to my email was to cancel my order and return my money. The item was on back order and it is taking to long to get through customs. They just wasted four weeks of my time nursing my laptop when charging it. If returning my money was an option what not offer that to me up front. I don't know which tick me off more the fact they couldn't ship to the right address, can't answer a phone, or cancelling my order after all that time.
They did get the money returned in a reasonable amount of time.
I will never use this company again. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Product knowledge was very low.
Oh I forgot in the middle of all this I went to the website to review my order and it stated the item was returned. Why they didn't send that one I will never know! "

I agree with the previous reviewer that employees or friends and family of the dude who set up this sham company are writing bogus reviews. They quickly took my $$, quickly sent me an email with a link to 'tracking info' but of course there is NO tracking info....NO PRODUCT has ever arrived...ALL phone numbers are unattended, and all voice mail (regardless of what you choose i.e. Customer Service, Operator, etc.) all get dumped into the same place. NO PHONE CALL returned by them. The "LIVE CHAT" also inactive on their site....and also any email created on their site....goes no where, as the "Send" button does not work. My next call is the California Attorney General. ARGH??!!!!! What do sham companies like this make it so far, that they look so REAL???????"
"Comptik came recommended to me by the Geek Squad at Bust Buy. I ordered a lop top screen on 8-21-11, paying the extra money for quick delivery. I received a quick confirmation email for my order, including a link to track the shipping. By the end of the first week I had made more than 20 attempts to track the order, through the link, but was never able to get any response. I called both the 888 and regular telephone numbers, hoping to talk to someone, but all numbers lead to voice mail asking me to leave a message. I am NOT happy with these people - AT ALL - and I can only assume that they keep getting positive rating scores because the employees are writing bogus reviews. I'll be sure to let Best Buy about my dissatisfaction as well. My advise - STAY AWAY!!!"

Ok,so I receive the package and shipped it back to them via UPS tracking # 1Z091T930392034121.They received it on 10.26.10.Two weeks later I still did not get my refund,dispute the fact that I spoke with Morad on the phone and he assures me about prompt return.
To summarize: bad customer service,promises not being fulfilled,takes ages to get your refund.
Would never buy again,why bother if there is so much honest retailers.
