"Horrible process. Two weeks after printer order was placed, still no printer. I called and was berated for not confirming the billing/shipping address. (A) they had our complete billing and delivery info and (B) they never sent one email notice to tell me there was a problem. Instead, they complained that I never returned they're calls! (they never called.)

I have nothing good to say about them. No attempt to rectify or keep our business was made. They made us feel like we were the problem.

Thanks, but I'll do my business with people who want my money and have some respect for how they get it.

"I am more than displeased by the service I've received from CompuAmerica. I am a Senior Buyer for a large technology related company. I deal with hundreds of suppliers annually, and have never found a less helpful customer service department in my 12 years of experience. The 7-day policy is ridiculous. The fact that they are in able to take back an item that they shipped, and billed by mistake is outrageous. You think a company of this size would have the qualified personel, to be able look at each situaltion individually. I will use my powerful networking skills to discourage any business to this retailer."

"ComUAmerica is CHEATING !!! I was delivered not I what I paid for. I was cheated for about $600.

I puchused DLP InFocus projector, which after 4 months of service was out of order. When I tried to fix it with all promised 3 year warranty i figured out the following:

The projector bulb ($400) went down after around 300 hours of service - supposed to work 2000 hours.

I called to InFocuse to fix the problem and I figured out that I was cheated - projector appeared to be refurbished (not new, though I paid for a new one), no warranty, nothing. Even the bulb in projector seemed to be an old one with 300 out of 2000 hours of service left.

After long conversations with CompUAmerica managers I was promissed to have my projector replaced for a new one. However - it takes so long time now - FOREVER may be.

RESULT - I don't have my money ($1875) and I don't have a projector (I sent it back ofr exchange). There is neither calls ot anything from CompUAmerica.

No business with them. They are cheating without hiding what they do !!!

InFocus doesn't make business with them because of the same reason.

They promise 3 year warranty on refurbished projector, but don't really give it.

CompUAmerica is a BIG LIER and CHATER of their customers.

I am very disappointed.

"DO NOT waste your time with this reseller. They will not honor prices on their own web site and will not ship items purchased on phone orders without changing the price. After several calls I cancelled my order for a color laserjet. They are bait and switch experts!"
