1.Manageable credit card form after a purchase.
2.Options as to whether or not they should keep your credit card # on file.
3.System in place to automatically remove yourself from their online shop records.
4.Indication of the # of items in stock.
5.Moderate delivery rates.
6.Instructions or policy of if/when your credit card will be charged prior to delivery.
6.Honesty in pricing.
The company made a product offer at a stated price. I accepted their offer which they reneged upon. This could be grounds for breach of contract."
"Ordered a motherboard that was advertised on their website 11/19/02, received no response, called their store 11/21/02, was told "the web order guy wasn't in today". Had to press them to finally be told that the mobo would not be available. Then they offered a substitute product, so I cancelled the order. I found the board elsewhere. They should concentrate on their walk-in business and leave web sales to the pros, I don't have time for
this kind of unnecessary delay."
