"We ordered a black image drum from Compunet Solutions for our OkiData color laser printer. The web site shows OkiData as the manufacturer of the drum and says it is an OEM product. When the drum came, we added it to our inventory of printing supplies.

It came from a company called A Matter of Fax which must be affiliated with Compunet Solutions.

When we opened it, it was a used product that hadn't been refurbished. There was toner all over inside the package. The product was unusuable. I contacted A Matter of Fax and Compunet Solutions and was told I could not return it since it was past their 30 day return time. I did make a mistake of not looking at what they sent when it arrived, but the product was in such bad condition I couldn't believe they would send it to me.

Their sales department accused me of placing an old toner in the box by mistake and then adding it back to our inventory instead of discarding it.

I made numerous calls and sent e-mails with no reply. I would never purchase from this company again."
