"Very poor online store. I placed an order. The next day they had a question about my address. They called my home number and said they left a message. They never called my cell and they never sent me an email except for the email that said the order was being processed. 10 days later I called to find out what was wrong and was told that the one call was all they could do. With their thousands of orders they can't possible make a second call to my cell or send me an email to resolve the problem. I offered to pay expidited shipping because I need the item but now they say the item is out of stock."
