I'm thinking that this may simply be in key with normal operation though since I have successfully tested its ability to back-up my system. "Everything about my transaction with CompuVest was great except for one thing: They falsely advertised. I ordered a Graphics Card from them that was supposed to come with (under the "package includes" box) a driver CD, two DVI to VGA adapters, and a power cable. Instead I just received the card. Its not a tragedy; I downloaded the drivers myself and picked up the adapters myself (luckily for me there is a computer store just a minute from my house), but I was slightly irritated that they didn't send what was "included.""

I did, and got credited for it. I then ordered another NIC (same OEM part number) from them that was a little more money, it did not say low profile in the description, but otherwise had the same specs. I ended up with the correct part the second time. "

"The item I ordered was canceled because they were out of stock. They charged my card before they checked their inventory. I had to contact them to reverse the charge. Customer service was helpful and polite.

So I am changing my 2 star review to a 5 star review. I think it is outstanding that Compuvest values a customer so much that they would send a gift to make up for an inventory issue. If this is how they handle a small issue like this, I feel comfortable that any other issues would be dealt with in the same manner.
