"Ordered a gps usb devise came after $9.00 shipping. Came in a package with no original from microsoft. Plugged it in and it was a dead unit. Tried to call them the number keeps ringing no answer all day long. e-mailed tech support and all the other divisions and tech support is the only one that responded telling me to down load a driver that never worked . It was a garbage unit. Finally after all day back and forth he told me to return it. What they do is sell garbage that does not work and was hoping I would have just thrown it away. THATS THE DEAL. So you better watch it with these thieves. "
"Beware!! If I had seen all the negative reviews I would have never ordered from this place. Ordered a Vtech notebook for my kids. The product arrived defective - it would no turn on. I contacted Compuvisor for a replacement via email. They didn't respond back until 8 days later. They told me to contact Vtech because the product was under manufacturer warranty. I contacted Vtech but they couldn't replace the product because it is discontinued and to go back to Compuvisor. Compuvisor refuses a replacement. I know they have the product in stock because it says so on their website. They are horrible! I wouldn't even give them a one star rating. They take the customer's money and then deny service. This is my first and last time buying from them and I hope no one else buys there too."
"Had I seen the negative ratings before my purchase I would have been more hesitant. That aside, my order went without a problem. The live chat was helpful, let me know my order would ship same day (placed at about 4PM EST). Ordered it Monday, had it Thursday. Item was as expected - brand new, in box. "This company is terrible. Ordered Dec. 4 for childrens christmas present. Credit Card charged Dec. 5. Made contact with Martin Dec. 19. Was told would ship the next day. Told one item was damaged and had to wait for replacement to come in. Sent emails Jan 7,8,9 & 10th never received a response or product. "The Microsoft Optical Trackball arrived 1 week after ordering. Appears new, opened pachaging complete with instructions & disc. No inclosed invoice, tho.
Addendum: August 21, 2005 ALAS ! The Trackball did NOT function either with my new computer or with an older one that is using my old MS optical trackball. Despite several Emails to Compuvisor reporting the malfunctioning trackball, I have received no replies at all! >>>>>

It arrived a week later in fine shape, but when I tried to install it into my new computer yesterday, the cursor failed to move at all altho come of the buttons responded.

They would not refund my money, instead sent me a replacement, saying the original was not faulty. The replacement also did not work.
