"My computer came to me fast, and had everything I wanted. However, I thought the OS would already be installed on the computer but it was not. Also, there is an eSATA port on the top of the Hades tower case that does NOT work- very disappointed with that.

I wish it would have been suggested BEFORE I purchased my computer that I should buy a Windows 7 64-bit system instead of a 32-bit system. Now to get more use of my 12GB or RAM I will have to buy a 64-bit OS and do some reconfiguring to my computer to install it.

Also, sometimes I have to turn off my computer twice to get it to start up from warm boots and cold boots. Don't know why..."

"let me say while i have ordered a computer from computerLX i have not yet received it. i will say the sales staff(elena) has been very helpful and speaking with her has been quite enjoyable! this review is not about the actual computer ,but about the ordering process itself. while you are building your computer on their website ,you choose components from their lists- certain parts like processor, motherboard are specfically numbered-you know what you are ordering. an intel i7-2600 is what it is. it is in other components you must be aware you don't know what you are buying-for instance you might order 8gb of memory the fuzzy picture show team elite memory sticks, but you may or may not get that brand.it was explained they use what they have on hand (an "equivalent" brand) the blu- ray burner picture is of a pioneer burner so you click to order it, but (in my case i was told it would be a liteon instead. brands matter to some people .what you see and you should be aware of this fact. what you see may not be what you get!!by not listing actual model numbers and specific parts you cant cross. check and see if that piece is the exact one you want.they should clean up that part of the process.like i stated prior , i have enjoyed talking to elena but i feel this area needs improvement. i wiil add a review of the product when i receive. im sure it will be fine(fingers crossed)."
