"Good customer service, fast shipping and good technical advise. The only bad comment that I can say is, the case is very fragile. I found out after a few hours of opening that it had a crack on the front plastic panel. I ordered the cheapest case in the line up because I do not care about the external appearance (the desktop stays inside the cabinet anyway). I guess the cheapest case comes with bad quality also. I am not sure if the crack was the result of shipping/ handling by FedEx because when I got the box, there was a large hole on one of the corners.
Overall, the pc is running very good."
