"Computer is great when it is running
but it has been defective since day one but I have just dealt with it until now.

back when i got it i wasn't sure what the problem was but now after several months i have found out I have a defective hard drive and power supply.

about 6+ times in a normal day it just powers off as if it was unplugged(this also has happened since day one just only once ever so often but now after a few months it has gotten worse)

and for the hard drive issue EVERY time i try to install or transfer any kind of information through it download/upload i get a blue screen.

The only reason i have dealt with this for the past few months is because i have been using a external hard rive.

but this last couple of weeks it has gone from worse to BAD!

my only fear is that i might have to send my PC in to you guys and i wont get it back for several months.(part of the reason why i have not tried to solve the issues.
