"Ordered a testing system for the workplace. Had very specific needs for expansion slots, hard drive speed (solid state SATA 3.0), and processor speed. Elena was a big help in narrowing compatible motherboards that would accommodate my needs. She let me know that even though my motherboard choice said it included an onboard video card, it did not actually come with one. I was able to choose a card that still gave me the number of slots I needed on the motherboard. Excellent customer service and very speedy shipping time. My only critique is the amount of time I waited for tech support. Upon receiving the unit, I called tech support for some advice on OS configuration. I waited on hold for 45 minutes without a response. In the time I was on hold, I was able to research and resolve my problem, so no need to email. But still, 45 minutes is kind of a ridiculous wait. Overall, very satisfied."

"I bought a 1000$ computer.
The PC did not work from the first day
I have to restart it a couple of times every time I switch it on.
I spend a lot of time to reach the customer service.
They send me a couple of e-mails to troubleshoot the Computer, nothing worked.
They tried to repair it via remote control, this did not worked as well.
I asked them to send me a shipping label so I can send it back for repair.
They refused because 30 days passed since I bought the computer (I was waiting for them to help)
After a bad review I placed on this side they told me they send me the label if I take my review back.
I 've sent the computer in, after several e-mails and calls and after three weeks I got it back.
It behaves exactly the same way as before, I need to restart the computer every time a couple of times until it works.
They ofered me to repair it again, but I have enough, I asked them to take it back but they refuse.
If anybody doubts my report, I have the complete e-mail chain to prove it. "

" This company is excellent! Anyone who wants a high-quality gaming computer should look here first. The computer configuration page online is very easy to use, and their customer service is prompt and friendly. Buying parts to build a computer is always cheaper, but if you don't have the know-how, it can be daunting. AllPCZone makes computers for about the same price as buying parts and they build it for you.
I have experienced no issues whatsoever with AllPCZone. After placing my order, I recieved my computer in three days flat. There was no damage at all, and everything was installed and put into place for me. I had to purchase an operating system (which upped the price $100) but found out that they charge 30-some dollars less than buying it directly from Windows. They also pre-install it for you. In addition, the parts themselves seem cheaper than most places (I upped my RAM by 4GB for only $19 and bought a 2GB nVidia GTS 520 graphics card for $65). I would recommend that you have some computer know-how to figure out what parts you want, but that's about all. If you're wondering about this company and about whether or not it's a scam of some sort (when I first saw the site, it seemed too good to be true), I can assure you, it's definitely real and worth it."
