"I ordered a system and it was shipped quickly. About a month into using the system the large fan (8")went bad and I contacted tech support for a RMA. They responded quickly with a RMA but I was told that I was responsible for shipping the defective fan to them for replacement.. I thought I had a warranty that said THEY paid all the costs of returning a defective product?
Overall the pc runs great and I can't complain about that.:) The ordering and customer service is good. I'd advise you NOT to get the standard case with the large 8" fan for two reasons.
* The Front piece will break super easy (the posts which it snaps into), * Difficult to add more drives as the bays are the old fashioned (Screws required).
* I tried to call the tech support number and was on hold for over 2 hours before I decided to use the email option for contacting tech support. (Never did actually connect to them on the phone)."

"I enjoyed building my own computer from the drop down menus. Hardware that I selected, that was not inter-compatible, was readily identified and corrected via Customer Service. Being able to build a computer specific to my needs was a big plus. My only recommendation is to identify non-compatibility during the selection process versus the follow-up phone call. Once a processor is selected, non-compatible hardware should be removed from the lists of options."

Computer runs as fast as expected.

Somewhat dissapointed that Tech support is only during work hours, Monday to Friday. I had some problems downloading my antivirus software (did not buy from CompurerLX)and some updates when first tried the computer and could not get support cause it was a Saturday. Turned out the problem was with my home router and not the new computer (I figured that out after a couple of hrs of frustration) but it does bring out the point that if I ever need support for real will need to take some time off from work or work it out via e-mail.

Still, I am satisfied with this purchase.
