"Overall quite satisfied. They were very flexible in terms of the individual components I wanted even though several weren't listed as options on the website. Computer is working very well thus far and haven't run into any major problems. One thing overlooked though was I was told the CPU heatsink would be better stabilized during shipment due to its size and there were additional fans installed as a courtesy, neither of which occurred. Have only used tech support once to solve a minor boot issue but person I talked to seemed knowledgeable."

"Experiencing computer shopping with ComputerLX was a first for me, and after searching around the internet for other custom computer websites, LX was the most competitive site I found that provided a wide veriety of options for some considerably lower prices than you would find elsewhere around the web. I proceeded to configure my computer (which wound up having a configuration error on my part, and which the tech support pointed out, clarified and fixed on day one) and after i put the order in, they built, tested, and shipped it all in the course of 2 days. I recieved everything that I asked for, everything works wonderfully, and backups for all of the pre-installed software (like the OS, and the software necessary to run SLI) were included, in case something goes wrong in the future. The only mishap that occured was when the delivery person came to my door with the computer in the box. The box apperently ripped open, and I had to pick up a lot of those packaging peanuts from my front yard, leading me to believe that the box it came in was either not sealed properly, or the delivery person handled it a little rough. However, aside from that one small problem, my computer works wonderfully; I'm two weeks in, and it still kicks ass!"

"I had a failure of the computer to operate on start-up. It was easy to reach the company and after discussion with a tec we agreed to return the device by overnight Fed -EX on the company account. The problem was corrected and the computer returned by overnight Fed-Ex within 24 hours.It was unfortunate to have the failure but thr repair response was excellent."
