"Great price, fast shipping, but tech support is lacking a bit in the customer service department. Received my comp with the side case fan power unseated (wires pulled out from unit, not from power supply). Not a major problem, but i figured give them a call anyway. First time waited on hold for about 45 minutes. Nothing. Called again 2 days later, hold for 30 mins- nothing. Finally got someone to call me back by calling sales. The guy was rude right from the get go. More or less accused me of lying about difficulty trying to contact them, then insisted I must have broken the fan because I'm obviously some sort of idiot. He then said that even though it isnt covered was going to replace it. How sweet. All I had to do was pay to ship back the fan with a reference number and theyd send one back. Later, before i made it to the post office, he called back and left a message asking me to take and send him pictures of the box or something to that effect. Thinking they were gonna give me a bunch of grief and end up not even replacing the fan, I just decided to fix it myself. It was an easy fix so all in all not a big deal, but i did not appreciate the attitude he had through the entire conversation. Will this stop me from buying again? i doubt it. Prices are pretty good."
