"I placed a small order last October for a video card at an excellent price. There were no problems with that order, so I was willing to place a larger order this time (Monday 3/14). The order status has been "In progress" the entire time. When I called to check on it (Friday 3/18), they said that a processor was backordered, and the order would ship the next week. I called again (Tuesday 3/22) and they said the order would ship at end of the week. I have called on the 24th, 25th, and 28th (today), over a dozen times, total, on both their toll-free and toll numbers, and they are not anwereing their phones.
Avoid this place."
"I ended up cancelling my order (before I found this site) because I got a very bad feeling about the organization: (1) the toll-free number posted on the site was non-functional, only the long-distance line was working and (2)they could not give me any information about my order other than it was "in process", even though my credit card was already billed.
UPDATE:
I did get my refund after numerous calls and major hassle. Somehow my request for credit back kept get getting misplaced. I was actually hung up on once.
For a truly excellent merchant, use newegg.com. The same order was processed and delivered very efficiently."
"I never received any confirmation email for my order. They said the best way to track the order was on their website. Whenever I checked, the website said the order was "in progress." I made several calls to their customer support, every time they answer the phone they say "computerassets" so quickly and unclearly that it sounds like they are trying to disguise their company's name; my guess was that they may be operating under different aliases. Each time I called they assured me that my order would ship the next day. Finally, a week later when I called they told me, "oh, well you know we're out of stock on that video card." I told them I wanted to cancel the order, and they just said, "OK, it's cancelled", again without a confirmation email. They were polite on the phone, but overall I felt like they were very unprofessional, and I was concerned enough to call my credit card company and make sure they hadn't placed a fraudulent charge on my account. I would advise anyone to be very, very cautious with this company. "

"Dealing with this company has been very frustrating. Although I received immediate feedback from their website confirming my purchase and my credit card was billed just three days later I have not received any additional information from them regarding the purchase nor has the product arrived. All attempts to contact the vendor via multiple email addresses and phone numbers have failed. Since this vendor is part of the Yahoo.com shopping network I filed a complaint with them as well. To date they too have been unable to contact their own partner. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this vendor. Also, the company refers to itself by multiple names which makes it difficult to determine just who they are. Although I submitted two of their more prominent names to resellerratings.com (i.e. PC Assets and Computers Assets) they chose the name you see listed here."
