"After getting off to a bit of a rough start with a lost or missing E-mail from me, about the fact that the SVGA cables I ordered not having the ferrites that they were supposed to have on them, customer service responded back right away. Julie, the customer rep, was very helpful, and saw to it that the ferrites would be shipped out ASAP. She also answered another question I had about their products. I now feel very satisfied with the cables and with customer service. My only disappointment with the cables I ordered, is that they don't come with connector ends that have thumbscrew type locking studs, for applications where the cables need to be put on and removed often, when they are used for temporary hookups. However, I will shop with Custom Cables again, when I need other cables in the future. "
