" We ordered a new duel Phillips DVD player from ComputerCity.com in May of 2016. The unit arrived in a brown box with no paper work (instructions). Just two 9" monitors and two hook-up wires. At this point I realized the unit was used but not how much. At a closer observation I noticed Heat cracks in the plastic DVD frame as if had been in a very hot car for a very long time. I hooked it up and started to the beach with our children watching a unit that skipped every minute and would not play for a solid 20 seconds, even with a brand new DVD. I emailed immediately about getting a used unit with no response. At that point they realized I discovered the scam. I called and talked to a guy named Matthew Hegman, which he was front man if I ever talked to one.He wanted pictures just to make me think he might help.I sent pictures, then they must have realized,"not that worn out piece of junk again.Sorry we can't help,we got your money for our junk and we can't trade back."
"Purchase what was listed as a refurbished Dell computer from ComputerCity.com, and the box that arrived had a Dell Certified Refurbished sticker on the outside. Worked fine for about a month, then the operating system crashed and the restore CD that came with the system would not work. Called ComputerCity and they told me to contact Dell. Went around with Dell for about a week and they refused to provide support for the machine because I could not provide the name of the previous owner and Dell had the machine listed in their system as "lost equipment". Finally got ComputerCity to allow me to return the machine and then wasted a month trying to get them to send a replacement. Finally tired of dealing with their BS, I asked for a refund and had to pay the 25% re-stocking fee. The department dealing with the return told me that Dell does not offer support for refurbished machines; so why did you tell me to call them in the first place?????"
"Bought 2 tablets. Tried to register with Dell. Both were fake.
Phone number doesn't work.
Please do not buy from them."
"Had the best price, but of course didn't really actually have the product. What's the point? Stupid waste of time."
"Stay Away from this company if your order gets processed through them. I'm not sure if they are an affiliate of "OutletPC.com." I ordered a motherboard through them and made commitments to my customers. The site said the item was in stock. They contacted me 5 days later asking me to verify my account information, and said the item would be shipped the next day. That next day, they contacted me to tell me that the item was not in stock. I wasted 5 days of my time, time on the phone with them, and now I have to renege my commitment to my customers which makes me look like an ass. As others have said, this business is a fraud. Look somewhere else. Don't waste your time."
"This company is a fake. I orderded some products from them. 1 of the products was Dead on Arrival (DOA). Neither of the products matched what was I thought I was receiving. I paid with money order so I was not able to stop the payment. I sent them several emails and left several voice messages but none of my calls were returned. They have not responded to any of my emails. This is not a real company and they have gotten away with my money. "
"Working as www.computercityinc.net completely ignores customer request, NO COMMUNICATION. Only ships COD, why? Credit Cards prosecute frauds. Bogus product, I sent them several emails and half a dozen messages before the product shipped to change the delivery address, they never replied. So I questioned there legitimacy. Their only reply was to threaten to report me to credit agency if I refused shipment. UPS was shock to here this and said they never heard of anyone doing that before. I refused shipment thanks to the other reviews confirming my suspension. BEWARE AND CHECK WHO THE WEB SITE IS REGISTERED TO BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH. Only deal with big names, if the price is to good, then it is not good."
"The products are fakes! beware! they also never answer the phone, and do not reply any email sent to them."
"Be careful. The company PCMemoryCo.net, that has a long history of fraud and criminal scam has changed his name to www.computercityinc.com and www.computercityinc.net the fax number is the same ***-***-**** Don't give your money to them."
